Nicole Holness, co-host, MTV Live:
Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: I love MAC cosmetics and bronzer by Christian Dior.
Q: Describe your style?
A: I like to mix it up. I just put on what I like. As long as I’m wearing something colourful and funky, I’m comfortable.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I worry about the small stuff and big stuff all the time. It doesn’t mean life is doomed. I know I’m a blessed person, and if something goes wrong, it will all eventually straighten itself out in the end.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I’m still working on that one. Finding the time to work out isn’t always the simplest task. I drink lots of water and take tons of vitamins.
Graham Wardle, actor, plays Ty Borden on Heartland, airing on CBC:
Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: A good hot shower and shave make my day a whole lot better.
Q: Describe your style?
A: T-shirt and jeans with skate shoes is what I like to wear. I like stuff that says “I’m laid back, life is good.” I don’t pay much attention to fashion trends. If there’s something in a store that makes me happy, I’ll buy it.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I focus on what I can control and where I want to go with my life. As I grow, I will expand my abilities and therefore have more to focus on. One step at a time!
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I go for a run, hit the gym when I can, and do morning push-ups and sit-ups. Sometimes my friends and I will get together for a ball hockey tournament or a friendly game of tackle football.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I have this thing where I eat whatever will make me feel good, after I’m done eating it. It ends up being mostly healthy food, but sometimes I’ll eat a box of mac and cheese.
