The Look: Rockabilly chick
The Runway: Most designers have been abandoning the classic blue jean for culottes and track pants this season. But denim is Diesel’s bread and butter, and its Black Gold presentation had it in spades, in high-waisted, skinny jeans and A-line skirts in dark washes or dyed bright red and baby blue. There were also lace-up bra-tops, leather skirts and jackets with metal studs and minidresses in an all-over star print.
Insta-worthy: Samsung’s new curved smartwatch, which made its debut on this runway, on the same day Apple unveiled its own smartwatch.
Takeaway: Don’t throw away your skinny jeans yet!
