If you’ve been struggling with a diet, this humblebrag from Olivia Munn is probably not going to sit very well with you.

The former “Daily Show” correspondent thinks it’s all sorts of adorable to talk about how she — whoops! — accidentally lost 12 pounds without thinking about it while prepping for “X-Men: Apocalypse.” But to be fair, it involved a ton of exercise.

“It was not intentional. I was trying to learn how to do all the stunts,” Munn tells E! News. “If I wanted the fans to see Psylocke and get a good fight scene for her and the fans, I knew I had to go do it myself. So I started training every day with taekwondo and sword and the stunt and wire work, and I just ended up losing 12 pounds from working out every day.”

OK, so maybe there’s some impressive work ethic on display and not so much obnoxious talk about how easy losing weight can be. But then: “As soon as I finished, I went back to Green Bay, where my boyfriend was,” Munn continues, “and I literally just ate chips and salsa.” Sheesh.
