André Monette is making math and science her main course of study as she nears the end of her final year of high school. Come fall, she plans to head to the University of Toronto. Her goal is to become a doctor with an emphasis on doing research work. Besides getting in her school studies, Monette does her part playing trombone in the school band and hitting the ice curling with the school’s curling league.
