Those walking around the Meatpacking District last Thursday might have wondered if there was a new club or concert space opening at 415 W. 13th St. First Brooklyn-based band The Rassle took the stage, followed by a special DJ set by Florence + the Machine. But all the hoopla at the gritty 8,000-square-foot space — dressed up with reclaimed artifacts like vintage Singer sewing machines — was really the opening party for AllSaints Spitalfields’ holiday pop-up shop. The latest British invasion to hit the area (their full-time sister location is in SoHo), AllSaints offers vintage-inspired collections for men, women and children, and it focuses on the season’s must-have festive party-wear, as well as a full range of accessories.
