Paul Rudd invites Royals to kegger at his mom’s

Actor Paul Rudd is a Kansas City Royals fan and he sure was excited after the team clinched its first berth into the World Series in 29 years.

On the field joining the celebration, Rudd told reporters, fans and players alike that there was “aParty at my mom’s house man! She’s out of town, I’ve got a keg. It’s going to be sweet,” Rudd joked.

Then he added, “Five dollar cover!”

Was he serious? I’m sure a few crazy fans found his house on seeing-stars.com, or another star house stalkers site. Hopefully the stories stream in as the hangovers subside Thursday afternoon.

Rudd grew up outside of Kansas City and attended the University of Kansas.

He posed for selfies with the players on the field after the 2-1 American League Championship clinching victory over the Baltimore Orioles, completing a four-game sweep.

Rudd appears flustered and star struck in interviews after the on-field celebration.

There is no word on whether Royals fans or players actually treked to Rudd’s mom’s house.
