Another day, another fraternity in hot water: News broke Tuesday morning that the Penn State chapter of Kappa Delta Rho has been suspended following a police investigation into secret Facebook pages containing photos of illicit activities.

In addition to the photos of illicit activities, it’s reported that there were also photos of nude women, some of whom “appeared to be sleeping or passed” according to the AP.

A search warrant obtained by State College Police indicates that the first page, called “Covert Business Transactions” was shut down after one of the victims found the page, however a second page was made in it’s place.
Local news station WJAC TV also reports that by the time police arrived to investigate the fraternity the page had been deleted and computers had been wiped. The police however have 20 photos as evidence of the previous Facebook page.
Kappa Delta Rho has yet to make public statement.
