Angry San Francisco fans have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration over two fumbles on the part of wide receiver Kyle Williams that likely cost the 49ers yesterday’s game against the Giants. Fans are particularly perturbed about his fumble in overtime, clearing the way for the Giants to win the game with a field goal.
Williams is at the center of plenty of criticism on the internet today. Some fans, though, are sending him cyber death threats, tweeting him deplorable comments and wishing horrible things upon him and, at times, his family.
Here’s a taste of what Williams is waking up to today, you know, aside from the guilt of destroying his team’s shot at Super Bowl glory. Someone needs to tell these people there are more things in life than sports.

Jim Harbaugh, please give @KyleWilliams_10 the game ball. And make sure it explodes when he gets in his car.
