Ottawa police have charged an Ottawa man after a pharmacy was robbed Wednesday.
At 5:40 p.m. a male suspect entered the Pharma Plus Drug Mart in the 1900 block of Montreal Road and demanded drugs. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs.
Shortly after, police attended the 2000 block of Beaconwood Drive and arrested a male without incident. The man faces one count of robbery, one count of uttering threats, one count of breach of probation and one count of possession under $5,000.
Myles Fawcett, 21, appeared in court Thursday.
