Four children and two adults have been hospitalized after a fast-moving fire spread through eight Camden homes early Friday morning.

Shortly after 4:30 a.m. on the 800 block of Haddon Avenue, a house fire broke out on the first and second floors of a home that eventually spread and was responsible for victims being treated for smoke inhalation, 6ABC reported.
