Eat well without spending a lot during East Passyunk Restaurant Week
More than 20 restaurants are participating in the fourth East Passyunk Restaurant Week, so start thinking about where you want to eat now.
East Passyunk Restaurant Week is coming back for the fourth year next month, so start planning which wildly popular restaurant you want to eat at now. Not that we needed a reason to dine on the Avenue, but we’re not about to turn down a $35 three-course meal at Le Virtu.
The deal week is Sunday, Feb. 21, to Saturday, Feb. 27. Unlike the long-running Center City Restaurant Week, East Passyunk Avenue’s version has price tiers: $15, $25 or $35. As you’d expect, the less expensive, fast-casual restaurants are serving up the $15 lunches and dinners, while the higher-end spots have the higher prices (but, in most cases, the $35 deals offer the biggest value).
The 24 participating restaurants haven’t announced their Restaurant Week menus just yet, so you’ll have to check back at EastPassyunkRestaurantWeek.com. Also good to know: the Restaurant Week menu isn’t available every day at some of these spots, and not all of them are doing both lunch and dinner, so make sure to pay attention when you’re making the reservation.
