Inside Look: 3 more million-dollar listings in Philadelphia

It’s time to revisit the most expensive properties for sale in Philadelphia. Prices are surging in the city, and the market is bouncing backafter the 2007 housing bubble burst and years of decline. In nearby cities – Boston, New York, D.C. – a one- or two-million-dollar home is nothing to shake a stick at. But in Philly, where the average home price is around $213,000, seven figures can take you far.

In September, Metro took a look at four properties in the city that crossed that million-dollar mark. Now, we’re looking at the top inventory once again, and prices aren’t going down.
