One of two suspects in the shotgun shooting that wounded 10turned himself into police this afternoon.
Police say Dominic Lamar turned himself in Monday afternoon with his attorney.

The two allegedly opened fire with a shotgun full of birdshoton a group of people attending a cookout on June 20 just before 10 p.m. on the 4100 block of Ogden Street.
The two allegedly fired once at the crowd then drove away firing several more shots, possibly with a handgun, police say.
The 10 people hurt in the shooting included three children, a 1-year-old girl and two boys aged 11 and 12, as well as four males aged 22, 24, 25, and 46, and threefemales, aged 44, 48 and 59.
Police are asking anyone with information on Harley's whereabouts to contact police at215-686-3183. A $10,000 reward is offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this case.
Charges against Lamar were not announced.
