An argument during an Eagles game get-together has left one man dead and two others with gunshot wounds.

Late Sunday night, around midnight, inside a garage on Gilbert Street in the East Mount Airy neighborhood, four men were watching the Eagles game when one began firing a gun at the others, Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said to CBS.

“We know several shots were fired from a semi-automatic weapon,” Small was quoted by CBS. “We found two spent shell casings in the garage, next to the television and next to the couches. So we know that the shooter was shooting at point-blank range, because it’s a pretty contained, small area, it’s just a one car garage.”

Police arrived and found a 51-year-old man dead, ABC reported. Another man was shot and taken to a hospital while a third victim, with a graze wound to the head, gave officers a description of the alleged shooter.

Police arrested the alleged suspect five blocks away on East Phil Ellena Street, CBS stated.

The suspect reportedly told investigators that he dropped the weapon while leaving the scene, ABC stated, adding that charges are pending the result of an investigation.
