Philly cops tase man threatening to kill officers

A Philly man was tased after walking up to an on-duty officer and threatening to blow their head off before trying to hold their door shut.

Shareef Haynes, 20, reportedly approached the officer in their patrol car while they were parked on the 600 block of Rittner Street in South Philly and knocked on the window, NBC reported.

When the officer rolled down the window and asked if Haynes needed help, he reportedly threatened the officer with blowing their head off — then held the door shut as the officer tried to get out of the car.

Haynes reportedly pulled his hand out of his pants, pointed his finger at the cop and mimed shooting him, then threatened to do it again.

The cop managed to force their way out of the car before using their Taseron Haynes.

Haynes is expected to face charges of terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.
