No pants in Philly today.
On Sunday, Philly participated in the annual No Pants Subway Ride. The event, created by Improv Everywhere, started 15 years ago as a prank with seven guys riding the subway without wearing pants. Since then, it has become an internationally celebrated event.
Participants gathered at the courtyard of the Municipal Services Building, located at 1401 John F Kennedy Blvd to ride the subway and partake in the silliness.
