Alleged ‘upskirt’ suspect nabbed after photographing prosecutor

Authorities announced Sunday that they arrested a Delaware County man caught on camera taking “upskirt” pictures of an unsuspecting woman.

Bobby D. Hayden, 33, of the 1500 block of Rainer Road in Chester Township, was arrested after he was caught in the act again taking voyeuristic photographs in Media, Pennsylvania — this time, with the victim being a prosecutor, the Delco Times reported.

That woman, an assistant district attorney at the Delaware County DA’s office, allegedly caught Hayden photographing her on May 19 at Seven Stones in Media, then contacted police while following him, leading to his arrest.

Hayden will also be charged with a May 10 incident when he was allegedly caught on surveillance camera taking an upskirt photo of an unsuspecting woman inside a Philly Pretzel Factory location on 69th Street in Upper Darby.

In that incident, the suspect can be seen holding his cellphone camera under the woman’s dress while waiting behind her in line. She caught him after feeling his hand touch her leg and chased him out of the store.

According to the Delco Times, Hayden confessed to the incidents, including a third, unspecified incident onboard a SEPTA vehicle with which he will also be charged.

Hayden is charged with invasion of privacy, harassment and disorderly conduct and is being held in custody on $2,000 bail after being arraigned, according to the Delco Times.

The case will reportedly be turned over to the attorney general’s officeto prosecute because one victim is an employee of the Delco DA’s office.

Hayden has a preliminary hearing scheduled June 6.
