New York Fashion Week 2018: Nicki Minaj and Cardi B
One of the most controversial moments from New York Fashion Week 2018 didn’t even occur on the runway, as hip-hops’ biggest female stars Nicki Minaj and Cardi B allegedly got into an altercation at the Harper’s Bazaar party on Friday, Sept. 7. According to TMZ, Minaj won’t press charges over the incident, which allegedly involved Cardi B throwing a show at her, per a report by People.
The “Bodak Yellow” singer apparently took issue with Minaj’s comments over her abilities as a mother, and things got heated as bodyguards kept Cardi B from getting too close to the “Chun-Li” rapper. Cardi B was seen leaving the party with a bump on her head, and continued to go after Minaj on social media.
New York Fashion Week 2018: Kanye West
Did you really expect the Yeezy creator to miss out on the city’s biggest fashion event? The rapper was spotted at the Ralph Lauren 50 anniversary show on Sept. 7.
According to a post on Twitter, West got to meet acclaimed director Steven Spielberg at the event, and allegedly asked him about the 2018 blockbuster “Ready Player One.”
