It was a battle of the bots in Cambridge on Sunday afternoon.
Eight teams competed in the Autonomous Fighting Robots Competition that pitted robots against robots. The event was part of the Cambridge Science Festival.
The teams of designers got two weeks, along with help and time to work in Somerville’s Artisan’s Asylum, to prepare their robots for the battle.
The free and open event was held at The Middle East.
