For years, the No. 2 Google Image search relating to Syracuse head men’s basketball coach Jim Boeheim was “Jim Boeheim nose pick,” trailing only “Jim Boeheim wife” in popularity. Well “Jim Boeheim nose pick,” guess what? You’ve got some serious competition – all thanks to Boeheim’s epic meltdown against Duke Saturday night:
Shorty after Boeheim was ejected from the thrilling game at Cameron Indoor, a series of Hall of Fame worthy memes began hitting the internet, featuring his semi-jacket pull-off. There was “The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Boeheim,” “Wacko Jacko Boeheim,”, “Titanic Boeheim” , “Baywatch Boeheim” and “Running with the bulls … and Boeheim”winning awards.
