We’d kind of forgotten Lakers guard Nick Young was still dating megastar Iggy Azalea, but apparently the couple is still going as strong as ever.
The man known as Swaggy P — to himself at least — was I-G-G-Y’s date to the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night and the two were inseparable. When photogs wanted to shoot just Iggy on the carpet, Young apparently wouldn’t step away. But to be fair, they probably didn’t realize the immense stardom of Swaggy P.
The two actually make a pretty sweet couple. They were joking around on the red carpet before the show and were even inseparable backstage, as this photo shows.

The Australian rapper performed her latest single “Black Widow” with Rita Ora during the show, and we didn’t see Young on stage, but he was probably watching from just offstage.
Why didn’t we get a performance of “Fancy” though? How does the biggest song of the summer not get performed?
Oh well, I blame Mike D’Antoni.
Young also posted a photo on Instagram of the couple after the show where he’s about to bite down on Iggy’s breast. Somehow that got deleted. But the Internet was there as always to save the shot for posterity. (That’s posterity, not posterior, as is often the discussion when mentioning Iggy.)

The pair originally posed for GQ back in February (well they posed even earlier, but the mag came out in February), so it’s nice to see they are still in action.
