A 2-year-old girl died on Monday after she was found unconscious at her Far Rockaway home, police said.
Cops responded to the call at the child’s home, located at 141 Beach 56th Place, about 11:30 p.m. Paramedics transported the girl, identified as Kevasia Edwards, to Saint John’s Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The toddler had bruising around her mouth, police said.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
