Ottawa police are investigating a sexual assault after a 20-year-old woman was attacked in the ByWard Market area on Sunday night.
At around 10 p.m., the victim was walking on St. Andrew Street, between Parent Avenue and Dalhousie Street, when an unknown male approached from behind. The woman was knocked to the ground and inappropriately touched.
Police seek a white male between 20 and 30 years old with a medium build and short blonde hair.
