Police are asking the public’s help to locate a missing Dorchester man who has Down syndrome.
Pierre Emmanuel, 32, was last seen about 1 p.m. yesterday on Centre Street in Dorchester.
He was wearing a light green shirt with blue jeans and red, white and blue Fila sneakers.
Police described him as a black man, about 5 feet tall and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
“Pierre is able to give his name, but may not answer questions correctly,” police said.
