Police seek gunman in fatal shooting in Dorchester

Police are hunting for a shooter after a man in his 20s was gunned down Monday inDorchester

Police said they received a call just before 3 p.m. of a shooting at 49 Bullard Street.

Police have not yet identified the victim.

“We’re investigating, canvassing neighborhood, checking for video,” an officer told reporters during an afternoon news conference.

Part of the neighborhood was shut down to the public into the evening as police continued to serach for clues, WCVB reported.
