The NYPD is looking for two individuals in connection to an assault that left one man hospitalized.

Around 4:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, a 36-year-old man was in front of 765 Ninth Ave. when he was approached by two suspects, police officials have reported.

Those two suspects then assaulted the victim while invoking his sexual orientation, police stated, adding that the suspects fled the scene after the incident.

The victim was taken to St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital and treated for a fractured nose and facial injuries, according to the NYPD.
