For decades President Donald Trump has harassed, demeaned and belittled women, so much so that it's hard to deny that the question: Is Trump sexist?

Fat pigs. Dogs. Slobs. Disgusting animals. You might recognize those words as ones used by Trump to demean and harass women. Metro has compiled a timeline of some of Trump's more public sexist remarks.

Trump sexist remarks as president

July 25, 2017: Trump told a female Associated Press reporter to "be quiet." It's commonplace for reporters to lob questions at the president during White House photo ops. Though technically not the purpose of such events, it has long been the practice for journalists with past presidents as well as with President Donald Trump. Sometimes the questions are shrugged off, but as Associated Press reporter Catherine Lucey noted, he often answers.

That was not the case Tuesday, however, when Lucey asked Trump whether he thinks Attorney General Jeff Sessions should resign, which the president met with a dramatic eye roll.

That didn't stop Lucey though. “Do you have a message on health care?” she fired back.

"Quiet!" the president reportedly responded. Turning to the interns who were there for the photo op he continued, “You see, they’re not supposed to do that, but they do it. But they’re not supposed to.” He added: "So she's breaking, you know, you know, she's breaking a code, but they don't care."

July 13, 2017: When Trump commented on French First Lady Brigitte Macron's figure. While in France, Trump, 71, and French President Emmanuel Macron, 39, were bidding farewell to their wives before heading into a meeting when Trump reportedly looked 64-year-old Brigitte Macron up and down and said, “You know, you’re in such great shape… beautiful.”

June 29, 2017: When Trump attacked Mika Brzezinski, co-host of MSNBC's "Morning Joe." Trump lashed out at her appearance in a series of tweets, saying "she was bleeding badly from a facelift."

June 28, 2017: Trump hit on an Irish reporter. While on a phone call with the newly elected prime minister of Ireland, Trump called over a blonde journalist Caitriona Perry from the Irish press corps.

Trump sexist remarks before the presidency

2016: The infamous "grab them by the pussy video" comes out. Toward the tail-end of the campaign, an old hot-mic video from "Access Hollywood" emerged in which Trump can be heard talking about "grabbing (women) by the p—sy" and states that “when you’re a star, they let you do it."

2016: He called an ex-Miss Universe winner "Miss Piggy." Yup, in a series of Twitter comments Trump attacked 1996 Miss Universe winner Alicia Machado.

2016: He suggested women should quit if they were harassed in the workplace. In the midst of the Roger Ailes sexual harassment controversy at Fox News, Trump called Ailes a "very, very good person" and said he would want his daughter Ivanka to quit if she were harassed

"I would like to think she would find another career or find another company if that was the case," he said.

2016: He suggested journalist Megyn Kelly was being tough because she was menstruating. Following a Republican candidate debate last year Trump said about Kelly, "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever."

2015: He called a breastfeeding mother “disgusting.” During a court hearing over a lawsuit for a failed Florida real estate project, a female lawyer asked for a medical break. When Trump’s lawyers objected, she said it was urgent — she needed to pump breast milk for her three-month-old daughter, to which Trump replied, “You’re disgusting.”

2014: He insulted Rosie O'Donnell many, many times. In their ongoing Twitter war, he called her "rude, obnoxious, dumb" and more.

2013: When he talked about blowjobs. When ex-playmate Brande Roderick, who was a contestant on "The Apprentice" knelt before Trump to ask him if she could be the next project manager. To which he said, “It must be a pretty picture. You dropping to your knee."

2012: His feud with Kristen Stewart. He called Stewart a "dog" and a cheater in a series of tweets like this one: "Robert Pattinson should not take back Kristen Stewart. She cheated on him like a dog & will do it again — just watch. He can do much better!"

2012: He called Arianna Huffington "unattractive." Trump tweeted out comments about the Huffington Post founder's appearance, saying her husband made a "good decision" in leaving her.

2012: He called Sarah Jessica Parker the "unsexiest woman alive."

2011: He told New York Times columnist Gail Collins had the "face of a dog." He reportedly sent her a copy of her own article, with her picture circled and "the face of a dog!" scrawled across it.

2005: In a radio interview Trump said changing diapers is the woman's job. He said, "There’s a lot of women out there that demand that the husband act like the wife and you know there’s a lot of husbands that listen to that," Trump said. "So you know, they go for it."

1992: Women, “you have to treat em like s—t.” In an Interview with New York Magazine trump said this about women, “You have to treat ‘em like s—t.”

1991: That time he insulted every woman, ever. You can’t say he didn’t have a history of degrading women. In a May 1991 Esquire magazine profile he said,
"You know, it really doesn’t matter what they write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass. But she’s got to be young and beautiful."
