A Queens man, who was accused of raping a prostitute at knifepointlast year,is now accused of raping a woman at knifepoint in his home.

George Cacavas, 42, allegedly raped a 43-year-old woman who was visiting hisJamaica Estates home on Avon Road near Chevy Chase Street about 3 a.m. on Saturday, the New York Daily News reported.

“The defendant, George Cacavas, placed a knife to her neck, threatened to kill her, slapped her about the chest and face, grabbed her by her neck,” and raped her repeatedly for about an hour, the complaint said.

The victim was able to escape and EMS personnel found heron Prince Street in Flushing. She was taken to Queens General Hospital, PIX11 reported.

Police have not said how the victim and Cacavas know each other.

Cacavas was accused of a similar crime on Dec. 1 when he was charged with raping a 20-year-old woman he solicited on the internet, the Daily News reported.

After pleading guilty to alesser charge of harassment in the second degree, Cacavasreceived a “conditional discharge.” Though the conditions aren’t clear, the Daily News reported, Cacavasdid not appear tospend any time in jail.

Cacavas was arraigned Sunday for the alleged assault on Saturday andcharged with rape, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse and criminal possession of a weapon, PIX11reported.

​He is beingheld on $250,000 bail and is due back in court on Aug. 26.
