A man was shot dead by a Mountie after coming out of his house armed with a shotgun in 100 Mile House, B.C.
RCMP officers were dispatched after a report of a domestic dispute. The Mounties were told that a woman arrived at a neighbour’s residence saying she had been shot.
As the officers approached the house, a man came out with a loaded shotgun. One fired and shot the man, immediately killing him. His name has been withheld until family members have been notified.
The woman was taken to the hospital and her condition is unknown.
