Whether you grew up with “Reading Rainbow,” or you just know Jimmy Fallon’s Doors-inspired riff on the theme song, you’ll be psyched to learn that LeVar Burton, host of popular PBS children’s book series, is bringing it back. In under a day, a Kickstarter campaign raised more than $2 million to bring the program back in the form of a web series and school reading program. Burton celebrated reaching the goal by doing a Reddit AMA where he fielded comments that mostly ended up being thank-yous.
