Red Sox (finally) back to .500 with win over Orioles

The Red Sox finally got back to the .500 mark, the first time since April 30, with an 8-6 win over the Orioles in Baltimore Monday night.

David Ortiz, Will Middlebrooks and Dustin Pedroia each drove in runs as Boston overcame a 5-2 deficit.

The main negative in Monday’s win was the fact that starter Clay Buchholz struggled yet again as he worked 5.1 innings and gave up five runs on six hits. He also walked four.
