Police arrested a man in Roxbury Wednesday for allegedly throwing two kittens from a second floor window.
According to police reports officers arrested Thomas Gonzales, 47, and charged him with cruelty to animals and resisting arrest.
At around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to Blue Hill Avenue where Gonzales was allegedly hanging his body out of a second floor window, fighting with his girlfriend, encouraging police to kick in his door.
When asked by officers if he threw cats out the window, Gonzales allegedly replied “yeah I threw the (expletive) cats out the window.”
Both kittens were caught and then assessed, both were found to be in good health, according to reports.
Police broke down Gonzales door and arrested him.
