A woman was sexually assaulted by another patient in the emergency room of Harlem Hospital after taking a painkiller for her injured foot and falling asleep, the Daily News reports.
The woman, in her mid-forties, reportedly woke up at about 3 p.m. on Friday to find Tyrone Brown, 49, rubbing her mouth with his penis. She attempted to get away and he urinated on her before hospital staff seized him.
Brown was arrested by hospital police and taken to Bellevue Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. He has beencharged with committing a criminal sex act.
Brown has a long arrest record stretching back 30 years, mostly related to theft, the New York Post reports.
