In the fashion of Rebecca Black’s “Friday” and other kids whose parents bought them semi-professionally produced music videos of their choosing, Snooki has finally joined the high rollers with her new song, “Yung Mummy.” In it, Nicole “Snooki”Polizzi dances with her kids, shouts out her former “Jersey Shore” cast members and raps about breastfeeding, potty training and lookin’ goooood.

She introduced the 1:42-long YouTube video on Instagram with a disclaimer as appropriate as any that should accompany a self-made single:

“Here it is. My first music video. I’ve decided to be an ass and record a song about my life and being a mom and shoot this fun and hysterical music video to go along with it. I hope I win a Grammy for this one. YOUNG MOMMY, OUT.”

Two reasons why this is all OK:

1. Polizzi knows this is a joke, and we’re all in on it.

2. It’s less than 2 minutes long, which is like 7 minutes less than Macklemore’s own introspective vanity piece, “White Privilege II.”
