Lonzo Ball, trade, Lakers, NBA, mock draft

In our latest 2017 NBA Mock Draft we have Markelle Fultz again going to the Celtics, but the Lakers will likely have to make a trade if they want to land Lonzo Ball. Of course, this all may be moot depending what shakes out in the NBA Lottery in May. But the fact remains, if the Lakers – Lonzo Ball marriage is to take place (and both parties certainly want it to), the Lakers may have to pony up something to jump up to No. 2.

Also, if the top three order shakes out as is, don’t be surprised if Celtics boss Danny Ainge acts like he’s going to take Ball No. 1 overall in an attempt to pry something out of Magic Johnson and the Lakers.
