It's been over two weeks since Brandon Workman threw in the direction of Tampa Bay's Evan Longoria, and nearly two weeks since he was handed a six-game suspension. But Workman was back at it Sunday - pitching in his third game since the May 30 contest against the Rays.
Workman's appeal of his suspension was heard last Friday by Major League Baseball and they are expected to make a decision Monday or Tuesday.

Interestingly enough, the righty has been Boston's best pitcher since the contentious Tampa Bay game on a Friday night. In 17.2 innings since May 30, Workman has allowed just 10 hits and five earned runs.
