Jets’ ideal scenario: Win the AFC East
Who they’ll be cheering for in Week 15:

Bills over Patriots — Tom Brady crumbling might be the Jets best shot at the playoffs. After Buffalo, New England plays Jacksonville and Houston, so it’s possible.

Titans over Dolphins — Miami swept the season series against the Jets, so it’ll have to drop at least one of its last three (Houston, Pittsburgh) for the Jets to jump in front.

Jets’ secondary scenario: Win the last wild card spot
Who they’ll be cheering for in Week 15:

Colts over Jags — The Jags are one of three other teams with the same record as Gang Green. Jacksonville, which owns a tiebreaker over the Jets, played Indianapolis in a late game Thursday night.

Bears over Ravens — Baltimore (7-6) has to be the frontrunner to take that final wild card spot. It finishes the season against slumping Pittsburgh, then Oakland.

Giants’ ideal scenario: Win the NFC East
Who they’ll be cheering for in Week 15:

Niners over Eagles — It’s a bit of a longshot for the Giants to win the division, but the Eagles don’t have a gimme schedule. After San Fran, which housed Arizona last week, Philly plays Denver and Dallas.

Saints over Cowboys — Saturday’s game could very well knock the Cowboys out for good. The Giants hold the tiebreaker over Dallas.

Giants’ secondary scenario: Win the last wild card spot
Who they’ll be cheering for in Week 15:

Saints over Cowboys — At 9-4, Green Bay figures to grab the first wild card spot, leaving Dallas and the Giants to fight over the other one. If Tony Romo manages to pull the upset here, the Boys still have plenty of time to stumble against Washington and Philly.

Jets over Falcons — Atlanta may seem harmless at 6-7, but with a healthy Michael Turner, it’s better to all but eliminate them now.
