Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and Monday Night Football announcer Don Meredith died Sunday.
He was 72.
“Dandy?Don” played his entire nine-year career for Dallas, throwing for 135 touchdowns and making three Pro Bowl rosters.
Meredith went on to become a media star, joining “MNF” for its ABC debut in 1970. He stayed until 1984.
