The mother of Mel Gibson’s love child yesterday accused the actor of paying no child support for their 9-month-old daughter.
Oksana Grigorieva, 40, a Russian musician, accused Gibson, 54, of “cruelty” towards her and their daughter Lucia.
Grigorieva said she had to borrow money from family and friends because of Gibson’s refusal to pay.
“He is not paying me a penny. Nothing,” she said in an interview with the U.K.’s Mail on Sunday newspaper.
“I’m having to live on credit cards,” she was reported as saying.
The pair’s relationship fell apart two months ago and last week Grigorieva was reported as having sought a restraining order against the actor. The Mail on Sunday said a clerk at the Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed that the restraining order request would be heard by a judge in the next few days.
