Jared Remy will go on trial for allegedly murdering his girlfriend.

A custody agreement was reached Tuesday for the 5-year-old granddaughter of Red Sox TV analyst Jerry Remy.
The family of the late Jennifer Martel will receive guardianship of Arianna Remy. Jerry Remy and his wife, Phoebe, had been seeking custody of Arianna.
Remy’s 35-year-old son, Jared, is currently being held without bail as he awaits trail for the murder of his former girlfriend, Martel, who was brutally stabbed to death last August.
Jerry and Phoebe Remy will have visitation rights, according to The Boston Globe.
“The parties came to an agreement that they’re all satisfied with,” the Remy’s attorney told the Globe.
