NFL Mock Draft, 2018, Browns, Giants

In our latest mock we acknowledge that, as the Browns tab Josh Rosen out of UCLA with the first pick. A "Josh" could very well go second overall too as Josh Allen, the QB out of Wyoming, is climbing up draft boards everywhere. We like the Giants to scoop him up here.
