NHL Playoffs: Bruins taking nothing for granted now

The Bruins expected the Flyers to play their very best Wednesday night at the Garden.

Obviously, it didn’t happen — Boston hammered Philly, 5-1, to take a 3-0 series lead.

The trick? Anticipating a tough game.

“We expected to see their best game [Wednesday],” B’s coach Claude Julien said Thursday. “And it didn’t quite happen because we were ready for it. And we have to have that same approach obviously [in Game 4 Friday].”

After imploding last year, the B’s know nothing’s certain. “We’re certainly not sitting comfortable,” Julien said.
