Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has turned down a party invitation.
The Pats tight end was set to go to Las Vegas as part of a promotional tour by private jet sharing program JumpSeat. JumpSeat’s Twitter feed wrote, “Hey Folks… sorry ‘bout the disappointment, but the Gronk trip is not happening. He is staying home relaxing.”
Gronkowski was set to have a fourth surgery on his forearm Monday, according to the Boston Herald. He is also suffering from “chronic” back pain, according to an NFL.com report, and will be sent to a spine specialist. The report says that Gronkowski could also face additional surgery for his back.
