Obama caps basketball weekend by watching brother-in-law coach

President Barack Obama had a weekend full of basketball action.

A day after an elbow to the face in a pick-up basketball game caused Obama to get 12 stitches in his lower lip, he and his family attended the Oregon State at Howard men’s basketball game.

Oregon State is coached by Obama’s brother-in-law, Craig Robinson.

Oregon State won the game, 84-74.

The president was joined by his wife Michelle, mother-in-law Marian Robinson and daughters Malia and Sasha.

Robinson has won a total of 18 games in his three years at Oregon State.
