The Chad Ochocino experiment in New England is over, not even a year after it began, according to ESPN.

 

Despite the Patriots reaching the Super Bowl this past year, No. 85’s time here can only be thought of as a failure. The Twitter-loving wide receiver caught just 15 catches for 276 yards and had just one touchdown in his only season in Foxboro.

 

Ochocino came to New England in late July of last year after 10 years with Cincinnati, where he caught 751 balls for 10,783 yards and 66 touchdowns.

 

The Patriots attempted to trade the wide receiver before releasing him.
