Aditya “Romeo” Dev was an Indian bodybuilder and dancer with dwarfism. According to Wikipedia, Romeo could shoulder press custom-made 2-kilogram dumbbells, impressive given his 9 kilograms (20 pounds) body weight and 2-feet 9-inches height.
Although not published in a Guinness World Records book, Romeo is regarded as the "world's smallest bodybuilder.”
Eddie Gaedel was an American with dwarfism who became famous for playing in the MLB. Gaedel took his turn at bat only once and was walked with four consecutive balls before being replaced by a pinch-runner at first base. His jersey, bearing the uniform number 1⁄8, is displayed in the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
