Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson fired the first verbal shot of the 2013 season towards the Patriots yesterday.
“I don’t think they have anybody to stop me,” Johnson told The Buffalo News, just six days away from the season opener between the two AFC East rivals (1 p.m., CBS). “For real. I think we have guys in the receiver room that are as good as I am, if not better. I just have that confidence in my teammates and in myself.”

When talking about the Patriots secondary, Johnson spoke about how much respect he has for Patrick Chung. The only problem is, Chung is now a member of the Philadelphia Eagles.
“I have a lot of respect for [Patrick] Chung,” Johnson said. “I know him personally. [Devin] McCourty, he’s a Pro Bowl player.
“It’s going to be tough but I’ll still ride with my boys over their guys.”
