SPECIAL. What are the holidays without the Buble? Canadian crooner Michael Buble invites some of his famous friends to help celebrate his favorite holiday season. Included on the Christmas guest list: Rod Stewart, Blake Shelton and Carly Rae Jepsen.

“Syfy’s 20th Anniversary Special”

SPECIAL. The network celebrates the science fiction/fantasy programming — not to mention those ridiculously cheesy Saturday-night movies — it has aired over the last two decades. Maybe they could also celebrate by re-airing every episode of the “Battlestar Galactica” reboot.

“American Country Awards”

SPECIAL. Trace Adkins and Kristin Chenoweth host the American Country Awards, which allows fans to choose the artists receiving trophies tonight. Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean and Lady Antebellum are scheduled to perform from the ceremony, broadcast live from Las Vegas.

“Mel Brooks Strikes Back!”

DOCUMENTARY. Mel Brooks relays his very funny stories to the BBC’s Alan Yentob in this one-hour interview that covers everything from his early life to his pop culture classics, including “The Producers” and “Blazing Saddles.”
