“Kathy”

TALK. Comedian Kathy Griffin talks (and talks and talks) about her favorite things — namely celebrities — on her very own chat fest. Inviting Hollywood guests would defeat the purpose, so instead she’ll have a panel of everyday folks snarking with her on the latest pop culture news.

Series premiere, 10 p.m., Bravo

“The Vampire Diaries”

DRAMA. It’s a big night for characters who have left Mystic Falls — the few who haven’t died, we mean. Elena and Damon take a trip to Denver to check on Elena’s lil bro Jeremy, while hot hybrid Tyler returns to complicate things for Caroline.

8 p.m., The CW

“Parks and Recreation”

COMEDY. Leslie tries to save the parks department from budget cuts, inadvertently handing ammo to her competition in the race for city council when Councilman Pillner (guest star Bradley Whitford) slashes funds from a “pet” project instead.

9:30 p.m., NBC

“The Office”

COMEDY. Andy’s position as manager is at risk? You don’t say.

9 p.m., NBC
