“30 Rock”

COMEDY. Live, from New York, it’s “30 Rock”! The sitcom from “Saturday Night Live” vet Tina Fey takes a cue from her late-night days and once again broadcasts live (the comedy also went live in 2010 during Season 5). Ironically, tonight’s plot finds Kabletown ordering “The Girlie Show” to start pre-taping episodes.

8:30 p.m., NBC

“The Conversation with Amanda De Cadenet”

TALK. British television personality Amanda De Cadenet invites her famous friends — in the premiere episode, Jane Fonda, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sarah Silverman and Zoe Saldana — for frank discussions on issues affecting women that go way beyond “who are you wearing.”

Series premiere, 11 p.m., Lifetime

“Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding”

REALITY. The lead up to the wedding of “Real Housewife” Kim Zolciak and football player Kroy Biermann is chronicled in this new special, which could surely double as an episode of “Bridezillas.”

Series premiere, 9 p.m., Bravo

“The Mentalist”

DRAMA. Jane’s latest case is a drag — literally — when a charred body is discovered outside of a club where drag queens perform.

10 p.m., CBS
